Founded in 2022 and established as a 501(c)(3) in 2023, Xela Institute of Art bolsters the careers of contemporary artists.
Xela Institute of Art is one of the few independent, non-collecting institutions in the country and the only museum in Long Beach dedicated to the presentation of contemporary art, performance, and experimental programming.
